Hi, I’m Brenda.

I’m an artist, educator, mother, and a certified sound healing therapist, and a mindfulness meditation teacher.

Originally from New York City and now residing in Italy, my journey has been shaped by creativity, self-inquiry, and a deep commitment to healing. In my early 20s, while struggling with anxiety, burnout, and emotional disconnection, I turned to meditation—and slowly began to reconnect with a sense of inner peace and clarity. That experience opened the door to deeper studies in mindfulness, yoga, and vibrational sound therapy, which became not just personal practices, but a way of life.

My sessions—whether private, group, or corporate—integrate mindfulness, sound healing, and the arts to nurture awareness, emotional regulation, and inner connection. I strive to create compassionate, non-judgmental spaces where people can explore, rest, and feel more at home in themselves.

I hold a BFA in Painting from Boston University and an MA in Art, Education, and Community Practice from NYU. My mindfulness practice deeply informs my artistic process—bringing presence, intention, and emotional awareness into both the creation and sharing of art. I believe in the power of creativity as a healing force and a path to deeper self-discovery.

I’m a certified sound therapist through the Open Center’s Integrative Sound and Music Institute, the Resonant Alchemy program, and The Woom Center. I’ve studied closely with teachers including Alexandre Tannous, Silvia Nakkach, Suzy Meszoly, and Aya Trenier. I’m also a 300-hour certified mindfulness meditation teacher (MNDFL), a Reiki II practitioner, and a 200-hour RYT.

At the heart of all my work is the intention to support others in reconnecting with their intuition, embodying their truth, and living more fully—with creativity, presence, and love.
